What we collect
What you send us: waybill number, carrier notice, invoice or order data, name and contact details. For merchants: order data for China-bound shipments. Recipient ID documents are collected only from the recipient, only after we accept a case.
Why
Only to clear the shipment it belongs to: preparing documents, submitting them to the carrier and China Customs, following up, and invoicing our fee. Never for marketing; never sold or shared with third parties.
Who sees it
The carrier handling the shipment, China Customs, and authorities where the law requires.
How long
Declaration records are kept for the period required by customs and tax rules, then deleted. Write to us any time to access, correct or delete your data, except records we must legally keep.
