The carrier's customs notice plus the commercial invoice or order confirmation. No need to reorganise anything.

Packing list, invoice, contract, power of attorney and the carrier's declaration form, with every amount checked against the original invoice and price evidence attached.

We follow it to release
We check the carrier's replies and tracking on a schedule and chase anything that stalls.
