How long does it take?
We submit as soon as the documents are complete. Release timing is up to customs and the carrier; we don't promise a number of days.
Can you guarantee release?
No one can. We guarantee correct documents, price evidence and active follow-up.
Who pays duties?
Duties are assessed by customs and usually paid by the carrier on the recipient's (or DDP merchant's) behalf. Our fee is separate.
Do you need the shopper's ID?
For personal parcels, yes, collected directly from the recipient after we accept the case. We never ask merchants for it.
Which goods can't you clear?
Prohibited goods, and goods needing licences the importer doesn't hold (some food, medicine, cosmetics) usually have to be returned.
